United States President Donald Trump-owned Trump Organization””s twin Trump Towers is going to be launched in Gurgaon. Comprising of 220 ultra-luxury homes each with a price tag of Rs 10 crore. As per the agreement, this is going to be the tallest building in Central Gurgaon.
This will be Northern India””s first ever Trump Towers. It is the second Trump property with a parallel launch in Kolkata. Not to mention that 50% was sold out within the first 40 days of the launch.

While in Worli Mumbai, The Lodha group is developing 75-storey, 800-feet Trump Towers, on a sprawling 17.5-acre plot. Last year, Trump Organization tied up real estate private equity firm IREO to develop an office tower in Gurgaon.
Trump Organization had appointed Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers as exclusive India representative. Their function is purely to identify projects in the country that can be developed under its brand.
Tribeca developers were the first to bring the Trump brand to India in 2014 having two landmark projects in Pune and Mumbai. With the Gurgaon and Kolkata launches, the Trump Organisation would have four residential properties in India. A fifth project, which is going to be a commercial one, is also coming up from the Trump brand. This will make India the largest single destination presence for Trump Organisation real estate outside the USA.
Trump Tower Gurgaon will form the residence of the privileged and exclusive community. The address will speak for itself. The luxurious amenities of these apartments would include luxury finishes and fitments, along with golf course access, an exclusive club for the residents and an infinity pool.
