cleared. However, one barrier coming along the way was of one factory sited at Dwarka Expressway
near Kherki Daula village. As per recent update, GMDA (Gurugram Metropolitan Development
Authority (GMDA) have demolished that one barrier limiting the construction work of the project.

As of total, there were almost 21 structures along the route. Out of which 20 structures were been
removed two months earlier before the general elections. Remaining one property which was
causing disputes, the matter have been sorted now. The owner of the factory would been offer with
an alternative industrial plot HSIIDC. So, finally all the structures have been cleared from the
northern peripheral road.

Though, the officials have to put efforts to remove about 16 structures over the Central Periphery Road
that joins Dwarka E-way with the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). Present with around 16 structures on
the way including shops, homes and Aaj Samaj building on CPR that need to be abolished. As per sources,
a timeline of June 4 have been set for removing these barriers along the way of e-way.

Within the April month, the MCG have razed seven structures falling in the way of Dwarka Expressway
along the route of New Palam Vihar area. However, MCG sources informed that these structures were
going to rebuild again.

Within the Delhi route, due to hold on Government approval that need to be issues for transplantation
of 13,700 trees, the work is limited on that stretch. Several presentations have been provided to
Delhi Government and for that the decision is expected to come in the approaching months.

The long delayed Dwarka Expressway project was launched back 10 years. Though, it have missed
several completion timeline. The foundation stone of the project was laid by the Union Minister
and roadways in the month of March priory this year.

Once completed, Dwarka Expressway is going to prove a benchmark project. The widest highway would
